Caribbean Second Passport

List of documents one needs to be naturalized in Dominica:

• Letter addressed to the Minister of Dominica responsible for citizenship with a request to grant the citizenship of Dominica to the main Investor and his/her family (we will give you the form)
• Copy of passport of Investor and every member of his/her family.
• Copy of the Birth certificate, of investor and every member of the family, translated into English.
• Marriage Certificate/Dissolution of Marriage if required.
• Certificate from police confirming absence of convictions with fingerprints for every member of the family older 16 years (an original). It must be translated into English and certified by the Notary public. These certificates must be taken from the country of birth, citizenship and residence (if they are different).
• Recommendation from a person who knows the professional activity of the Investor for at least three years.
• Two personal recommendations from friends, neighbors, club members, etc for the Investor and every member of the family older 18.
• Bank reference (letter from the bank containing information of the Investor as a client of this bank). Investor must be a client of this bank for, at least, two years.
• Letter from the Investor's place of work. For private entrepreneurs one should present a statement of accounts certified by someone qualified from a reputable accounting institution.
• Autobiography of every adult member of the family with a detailed description of five last years, business and/or investment activity.
• Copies of diplomas/certificates of secondary education, certified by the Notary public, for every member of the family older 16.
• Eight color passport photos for every member of the family (regardless of age).
• Declaration of origin of Investor's means (we can provide a sample).
• Standard declaration which witness the correctness of the given information. (we can provide a sample)
• Medical certificate for every member of the family. It must contain negative AIDS test and describe the general state of health of the applicants (we will provide the form).
• 2 copies of the application form №12 (to be provided by us) for every member of the family, certified by the Notary public.
• PERSONAL DATA FORM (we will provide it) for every member of the family older 16 years, certified by the Notary public.

Note: where copies of documents or translations are provided, they must be certified by a Notary Public.
